Adding hyperlinks to text and images inside your Enudge emails is vital to achieving engagement with your organisation as a result of your message.
Images
To add a hyperlink to an image, select the image inside the email content editor, then in the right hand panel, find the Action section, and paste in your URL.
By default, the link will open in a new web page, which is the recommended setting.
Text
To hyperlink text within your message, highlight the relevant text, and then choose the link icon in the toolbar that pops up on screen.
Then in the pop up that appears, paste in the destination URL. Again, by default the link will open in a new window.
You can also specify whether the link is underlined or not.
Most of the type you will want to use the default Link Type of ‘URL’ but you can also use the following Link Types:

‘Tel’ – causes the link to make a phone call to a specified phone number.

‘Email’ – causes the link to start a new email message to the specified email address.

‘SMS’ – causes the link to start a new text message to the specified phone number.
Click OK to save the settings, and return to editing the content of your email.
