Unlimited Enterprise Account Features: 

  • Dedicated Server - your data is completely separate from all other Enudge accounts.

  • Dedicated IP address - which provides just that bit more protection from any reputation issues of other senders. 

  • Sub-domain named for your organisation - e.g. yourcompany.enudge.com.au, which will help recipients trust links within the email such as tracking links and the manage preferences / unsubscribe link.

  • Programmatic content. Incorporate unique content into your email body based on the value of your contact's data. For example, include different terms and conditions in your email for customers located in different states of Australia. Read more about our programmatic functionality.

  • Tailored solution. Configuration is tailored to your organisation e.g. custom messages on the Manage Preferences, Unsubscribe and Forward to a Friend screens. In addition, functionality can be modified specifically for your unique situation or requirements*.

  • Operational Integration - two-way integration of data between your operational systems and Enudge can be implemented, to meet your precise requirements, to ensure smooth operations for your organisation*.

  • Unlimited emails - 2 Million emails per month is an starting capacity for the base server provisioning. If you need to send more emails than this per month, your server will be scaled up to meet your requirements (additional fees apply).

  • SMS dedicated number - support for a dedicated outbound number (additional monthly fee).

  • Australia & NZ SMS - support for sending SMS messages into both Australia and New Zealand, with lower SMS costs available depending on send volume. With regard to New Zealand messaging, Enudge supports both marketing and transactional messaging, however, additional monthly costs apply and additional set up is required, including application for an account and approval by authorities.

  • Dedicated Account Manager & Support - assisting with the development and testing of your specific email templates, upload of bulk contacts, reviewing sender reputation etc, on an ongoing basis.
