- Upload contacts
- Create & test your email or SMS campaign
- Purchase credits (once your free trial credits have been used up) via the 'My Subscription' option accessed via your account name in the top right hand corner.

After you have sent your messages, you will see details of how your contacts have interacted with your campaign via the campaign 'Analysis' tab.
