Enudge offers 2 different payment methods to suit your sending needs. Payment is managed via the Subscription page, which you can access by clicking on your username in the top right hand corner and choosing 'Subscription'.

Choose this option to purchase a fixed number of credits for a month i.e. the credits expire a month from the date of purchase.

You can also purchase a subscription for 3, 6 or 12 months. Every month, Enudge will automatically top-up your account with your chosen number of credits. If you choose 12 months, you will receive approximately 2 months for free.

If you are a micro user i.e. you will send less than 500 emails per month, you can add 500 email credits to your account, for free. Please note that any email sent using these credits will include Enudge branding at the bottom. Important note: Please only use this option if you are absolutely sure that you would not require more than 500 credits in that month. This is because, if you want to top-up your account by purchasing a new subscription, it will not be activated until the current free subscription period comes to an end.

Choosing this option lets you purchase the exact number of credits you need. Credits expire 18 months from the date of purchase.

The more credits you buy at one, the cheaper the unit price.

You cannot change between payment types while you have any active credits. For example, if you purchased a subscription of 5,000 email credits for a 1 month period, expiring in one month's time, if you now wish to purchase PAYG credits, these credits will not be available in your account until the month has passed.

After selecting your desired payment option, you can choose / enter the number of credits required, and use the 'Show Amount Due' option to check the price. When you are ready, click on 'Make Payment' to go through to the payment screen where you can pay the amount due via credit card.

If your payment is successful, you will receive an email confirming your payment, and your credits will be applied to your account within 15 minutes of payment.
