By default, all the screens within Enudge which display your contacts, sort your contacts in First Name order. If your contacts predominantly do not have first names included, navigating through your contacts in the different screens of Enudge may be difficult. In such a case, we recommend that you change the default sort order for your contacts to either Surname or Email Address, as appropriate for your data.
To change the default sort order:
Choose Campaign Settings from the main navigation.
Choose the desired ‘*Default Sort By’ option from the drop down.
Click Update Campaign Settings.
